Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched 3 times a week – Monday, Weds & Friday. Orders placed after dispatch will be sent on the next scheduled dispatch day.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are currently in stock and will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day. Items are sent through Australia Post.
Made-To-Order Items
Pre-order or Made-To-Order items are not currently in stock and are made specifically for you. These items take approximately 2-3 weeks for production, and will be dispatched to you once ready.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times (after dispatch)
Australia: 3–8 business days
International: 5–15 business days
