Pre-order items are made-to-order and are not currently in stock. Once your order is placed, the item is produced specifically for you. Preorders typically take approximately 2-3 weeks for production before being dispatched to you

Yes you can, whether for businesses or big events, please email us voyapacific@gmail.com or send us a DM from our FB or IG pages to inquire

Yes, we accept 50% deposit upfront with the remaining balance due once production is complete and your order is ready for dispatch

Orders are dispatched three times a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Orders placed after dispatch will be sent on the next available dispatch day.

Once your order has been dispatched:

Australia: 2–8 business days
International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal services.

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. Our dresses are generally true to size, but if you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

We currently offer store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not available. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be unworn and in original condition.

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Depending on your location, international shipping takes 5 - 15 business days after dispatch
